Here are some important things you may need to know.

TVs & Wifi
1).  The two TV's are SMART TV's. You may use your account for Netflix, Hulu, etc., and view any program under your subscription. We do not allow the ordering of any program on the Cottage Xfinity account. Both TV's have HD and the Xfinity HD channels begin at channel 359 and go up. We do not subscribe to movie channels, as they are SMART TV's. The Xfinity remotes should work both the TV and cable box.
  • Sports are 394 to 406; 
  • Food channel is 414; 
  • HGTV is 415;
  • Major networks start at 231; 
  • Weather channel is 441 
2).  The front door has an electronic lock code.
a. To enter press the Code that is sent to you in a Check In Email.
b. To exit, simply press the Lock button.
